Technical Lead - Java/Spring Boot

Description :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software products and platforms.

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: requirements analysis, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define and execute technical strategies.

- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best coding practices.

- Proactively identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and propose robust solutions.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve our tech stack.

- Ensure production stability by participating in monitoring, debugging, and incident resolution.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong track record of building and shipping production-grade systems.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.

- Proficiency in Java and extensive hands-on experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).

- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.

- Experience working in large-scale or cutting-edge internet startups or high-growth technology firms.

- BS/MS or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A strong desire to break code, find hidden bugs, and ensure software reliability before release.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

- Prior experience leading small technical teams or projects.
