We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead to join our growing POS/Payments team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, with proven experience in leading development teams and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable POS/Payment applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Guide and mentor team members on technical challenges and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain code quality.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Own the end-to-end technical delivery of modules and work closely with DevOps for deployments and releases.

Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

- Good working knowledge of Angular (latest versions preferred).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.

- Experience in relational databases and version control systems like Git.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience working in POS or Payment systems is highly desirable.
