We at CureBay have the vision to transform the patient experience in the underserved markets by bridging the gap which exists in primary healthcare.

We are introducing a hybrid healthcare and fulfillment model that helps connect patients in underserved markets to healthcare providers and other key ecosystem players digitally and executing it through a robust 3-tier model of the hub, spoke, and a network of satellite health centers.

We at CureBay are on a mission to bridge this gap in the Indian healthcare system. And we are going to achieve our mission by bridging the gap that exists in primary healthcare in underserved markets.

Job Description :

Function : Software Engineering ? Backend Development, Frontend Development

Technologies : Java, Microservices, React.js, Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, Spring, JavaScript

Responsibilities :

- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality applications.

- Architect and build full-stack solutions (frontend + backend + APIs).

- Develop clean, maintainable code using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS/React Native.

- Drive technical planning, solution design, POCs, and implementation.

- Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and DevOps practices.

- Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

- Ensure CI/CD best practices, test-driven development, and Agile execution.

- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of software engineering experience.

- 5+ years leading Java/Spring Boot application development and delivery.

- Strong frontend expertise in ReactJS / React Native / TypeScript.

- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers.

- Hands-on with GCP (PaaS, Kubernetes, Docker, cost optimization, and infra tuning).

- Solid understanding of microservices and REST APIs.

- CI/CD (Jenkins), Agile/SCRUM, and DevOps tools (JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket).

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
