Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Java + React-based applications, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

- Collaborate with Client Solution Architects to understand requirements, review architecture, and contribute to design discussions.

- Mentor, guide, and support the development team, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and proper use of tools/processes.

- Perform detailed technical analysis of existing systems and provide solutions for enhancements, bug fixes, and system improvements.

- Drive maintenance and support activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and stable application performance.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce clean code practices, and ensure high test coverage using Mockito, React Testing Library, Jest, etc.

- Suggest and implement architectural improvements, optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with project goals.

- Promote process improvements and delivery optimization, proactively identifying gaps and proposing enhancements.

- Ensure quality, timelines, and commitment of team deliverables, taking responsibility for overall team output.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients to maintain transparency and alignment.
