Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead to spearhead the design, development, and scaling of ARTH's fintech platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful impact in financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and development of ARTH's fintech products and platforms.

- Drive technical decision-making and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Work closely with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure code quality, best practices, and timely delivery of product features.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for ARTH's roadmap.

- Oversee integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.

- Establish and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a lead/architect role.

- Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.

- Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is a strong plus.

- Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
