Technical Lead - Java/.Net

What You Must Have :

- The expertise in web-based development languages; specifically, Java/.Net/Any PaaS/Any SaaS development, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.

- Familiarity with any other javascript libraries like Angular JS, and React Js is a plus.

- Must have taken the role of leading a team of 3-5 developers.

- Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication

- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills

- Understand the full application lifecycle

- Agile development/waterfall processes and methodologies implementation.

- Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing Java while making informed recommendations to process users

- Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues

- Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager

- Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency

- Loves using technology to solve the day to day challenges.
