Job Description:

- 6yrs + IT experience

- Should have worked as tech lead for 3 yrs minimum

- Excellent in Java, J2ee, Struts and Hibernate, Oracle/SQL Server

- Good hands on with SQL queries

- Good with design pattern and UML

- Good in coordination

- Good in client expectation management

- Good comm. Sill

- Aware of SDLC processes and documentation

- Aware of source control (SVN, VSS)

- Banking or insurance domain experience preferred

- Candidate with passport MUST

- Should be able to join in 1 month time

- Should be team player
