Technical Lead - Java/J2EE

What You'll Be Doing :

As a Technical Lead, you'll drive the development of our web applications, ensuring high quality and performance.

Your key responsibilities will include :

- Leading Development : Guide the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web applications and websites using JavaScript, Java Server Pages (JSP), HTML, and CSS.

- Java/J2EE Expertise : Develop and oversee the creation of robust, scalable Java/J2EE-based web applications and web services.

- Database Management : Leverage your knowledge in Oracle and PL/SQL programming for effective database interaction and optimization.

- Production Support : Oversee the resolution of production issues, ensuring timely updates to ticketing systems with comprehensive resolutions.

- Performance Monitoring : Proactively monitor system performance trends, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain optimal system health.

- Team Collaboration : Foster a collaborative environment, mentor junior team members, and ensure seamless communication within the team and with stakeholders.

What You Must Have :

- 3-8 years of experience in web application development, with a significant focus on Java/J2EE.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Java Server Pages (JSP), HTML, and CSS.

- Strong development skills in Java/J2EE for building web applications and web services.

- Knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL programming.

- Experience in solving production issues and monitoring system performance.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MSC / MS / MCA / MCM / MBA or equivalent).

- No gaps during education and career.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Flexibility to work in shifts as required
