Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead - Java Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java applications.

- The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to development teams, drive architectural decisions, and ensure best practices across coding, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers across projects

- Drive technical architecture and design decisions for enterprise and cloud-native applications

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices

- Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Design and develop applications using Java (8/11/17) and modern frameworks

- Build scalable solutions using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud

- Design and implement microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

- Estimate effort, plan sprints, and manage technical deliverables

- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure smooth releases

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis

- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps best practices

- Implement unit, integration, and performance testing

- Apply security best practices including authentication, authorization, and data protection

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+ features, Collections, Multithreading

- Frameworks : Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Cloud

Architecture & Integration :

- Microservices architecture

- RESTful APIs and Web Services

- Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

- API Gateway and service discovery

- Relational databases : Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL

- NoSQL databases : MongoDB, Redis

- ORM frameworks : Hibernate / JPA

- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
