Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead - Java to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Micro services architecture, and database design, along with the ability to mentor teams and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design and development of Java-based web applications.

- Architect and implement Micro services / SOA-based solutions using Spring Boot.

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices to development teams.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

- Hands-on development, debugging, and optimization of complex systems.

- Design and manage MySQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning.

- Guide team members on design patterns, coding standards, and system architecture.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery commitments.

- Support production releases and resolve critical technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE development.

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Micro services architecture.

- Experience with SOA-based architectures and RESTful APIs.

- Solid understanding of web application development.

- Hands-on experience with MySQL and database optimization.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Immediate joiner or currently serving notice period.
