Technical Lead - Java Development

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality solutions using modern Java frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka, along with database experience and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

- Work with Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Manage source control using Git.

- Optimize performance and ensure security across systems.

- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and testable code.

- Work with RDBMS technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka.

- Strong knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

- Proficient in Git and Agile development practices.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.

- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Basic frontend development experience (React, Angular, etc.).
