Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Java to drive the design, development, and delivery of robust web applications. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on coding expertise with leadership skills, mentoring developers and ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end development of applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.

- Design and implement Microservices / SOA-based architectures.

- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the development team.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design decisions.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE.

- Expertise in Spring Boot framework.

- Experience with Microservices / SOA architecture.

- Proven track record in web application development.

- Excellent coding and system design skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a technical team effectively.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Must-Have Skills:

- Java / J2EE 7+ years hands-on experience

- Spring Boot Strong experience in building backend services

- Microservices / SOA Architecture

- Cloud AWS or Azure

Good-to-Have Skills:

- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Agile/Scrum experience

- Exposure to GCP
