We Are Looking For a Java Lead Who Can :

- Drive the design and development of scalable backend services.

- Ensure our platform can handle millions of interactions across voice, video, chat, and AI analytics.

- Lead by example in best coding practices, architecture, and project ownership.

- Mentor engineers and strengthen our core backend capabilities.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based applications from scratch.

- Write clean, loosely coupled, and scalable code following SOA and Microservices architecture.

- Work on databases (SQL & NoSQL) and ensure efficient data management.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features, debug, and fix issues.

- Take ownership of projects from design to delivery.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals & algorithms.

- Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes is a plus.

- Experience with performance tuning and scalable application design.
