Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead who will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and scaling the Stable-Alpha platform.

- You will lead engineering projects end-to-end, driving design excellence, code quality, system reliability, and mentoring engineers across the team.

- This role demands strong ownership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available distributed systems.

- Establish architecture principles, engineering best practices, coding standards, and development frameworks.

- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, APIs, market data pipelines, and solutions relevant to fintech products.

- Drive long-term architectural roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Write clean, efficient, production-grade code in Go, Java, Node.js, or Python.

- Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.

- Build modular microservices, event-driven systems, and fault-tolerant workflows.

- Build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure using services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, SNS/SQS, and CloudFormation/Terraform.

- Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

- Champion infrastructure-as-code, deployment automation, and environment consistency.

- Implement end-to-end observability using open-source stacks (Loki, Grafana, Prometheus, Tempo, Jaeger, ELK, etc.

- Ensure robust alerting, logs, metrics, and traces for fast troubleshooting.

- Drive operational readiness, reliability, and SLO/SLI metrics.

- Lead, coach, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

- Facilitate technical discussions, conduct training sessions, and enforce best practices.

- Work closely with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.

- Implement and enforce security best practices for data encryption, API security, access management, and secure coding.

- Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO, SOC), especially relevant in fintech.

- Collaborate with compliance and audit teams for technical documentation and controls.

- Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, Design, and Business teams to align on deliverables.

- Participate in sprint planning, roadmap discussions, and feature prioritization.

- Ensure timely execution of project milestones with high quality.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- 6+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 23 years in a technical leadership role.

- Strong expertise in one or more of: Go, Java, Node.js, Python.

- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, eventdriven architecture, REST/gRPC APIs, and system scalability.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Strong grasp of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.

- Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry, etc
