Role Overview :

As a Tech Lead, you will :

- Design scalable architectures using LLMs, RAG, and cloud-native patterns

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong in C#/.NET + Angular (core stack)

- Hands-on with Python & Azure OpenAI / LLM integrations

- Experience in RAG pipelines & agentic architectures

- Solid knowledge of SQL + NoSQL (Postgres, MongoDB)

- Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Document Intelligence)

- CI/CD using Azure DevOps

- Agile, unit testing, and system design expertise

- Strong stakeholder communication & leadership

Good to Have :

- Copilot Studio / Power Automate

- Vector databases, LangChain / Haystack

- Streamlit, MLOps basics

- Experience in taking POCs to production

- Mentoring and leading mid-level engineers
