we are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python, LLMs, and Generative AI to lead the engineering team.

This role involves hands-on development, architectural ownership, and team leadership, ensuring the platform is highly scalable, secure, and AI-first.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of Python, ML, and full-stack engineers.

- Drive the overall technical roadmap aligning with product and business goals.

- Own architecture decisions for AI modules, microservices, and data flows.

2. AI/ML Engineering :

- Build and optimize LLM-based pipelines for scoring, summarization, interview analytics, and conversational intelligence.

- Integrate and fine-tune models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, etc.

- Develop custom models for emotion analysis, proctoring, speech recognition

- Optimize prompt engineering and latency for production workloads.

3. Backend Engineering (Python) :

- Architect and develop microservices using Python

- Implement scalable data pipelines, task queues, and automation workflows.

- Build secure APIs

4. Platform Architecture :

Work closely with Business, Product, and DevOps to design an AI-native system :

- Modular microservices

- RAG pipelines

- Event-driven processing

- Video pipeline orchestration

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- 5 - 10 years hands-on experience in Python engineering.

- Strong expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, embeddings, vector DBs, and model fine-tuning.

- Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, RAG, and model orchestration.

- Solid understanding of NLP, speech recognition, computer vision / proctoring is a plus.

- Knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

- Experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL / Redis / Elasticsearch.

- Ability to design complex AI pipelines that are scalable and modular.
