Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead (Full Stack) with strong expertise in Java-based backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, development, and delivery of scalable applications, preferably with telecom domain experience (mandatory).

Mandatory Skills :

- Java (8+)

- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate

- Microservices Architecture

- Frontend : Angular / React / Vue.js (any one)

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript

- Telecom industry project experience (Must-have)

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Lead solution design and architecture aligned with business goals

- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications

- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools

Development & Coding :

- Hands-on development across backend and frontend

- Build robust applications using Java and modern frameworks

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code

Team Management & Mentorship :

- Mentor developers and drive technical excellence

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards

- Resolve technical challenges and support team growth

Project Collaboration :

- Work with Product, QA, and DevOps teams

- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables

- Drive Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban)

Quality & Performance :

- Ensure high performance and responsiveness

- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize systems

- Maintain testing and code quality standards

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines

- Implement containerization and orchestration

- Support cloud deployments and infrastructure
