- Lead design and development of our AI-powered omnichannel dialer platform.

- Architect scalable SaaS systems using modern full-stack and cloud technologies.

- Drive CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and ensure compliance (DNC, GDPR, TCPA).

- Build real-time monitoring, analytics, and reporting dashboards for managers and supervisors.

- Champion DevOps - CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automated testing.

- Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and lead sprint delivery.

- Collaborate with Product, AI, and Telephony teams to deliver cutting-edge features.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of overall software development experience, with strong backend and full-stack expertise.

- 3+ years of recent experience leading engineering teams.

- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, building scalable full-stack applications.

- Strong experience working with Kafka/RabbitMQ.

- Experience designing and architecting SaaS-based applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab, and modern DevOps practices.

- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and either MongoDB or Redis.

- Based in Delhi NCR.

Good to Have :

- Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), omnichannel platforms, contact center products, or dialer solutions.

- Experience with Asterisk, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, SIP, WebRTC, or autodialer platforms.

- Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, Speech-to-Text, LLMs, speech analytics, or AI-powered customer engagement products.
