Job Responsibility :

- The Full Stack Technical Lead requires strong technical expertise, adaptability, and alignment with KPs development standards.

- Candidates should have hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot, Angular or ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.

- They must be capable of working across diverse projects and technologies as needed. Proficiency with KPs commonly used development tools and experience in integrating large-scale systems are essential.

- Experience with cloud platform preferably Azureis required; AWS experience is also acceptable due to overlapping skill sets.

- A solid understanding of DevOps principles and modern workflows is important, although no specific years of experience are mandated.

- Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture and web services is critical, as these are core to KPs applications. Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, including ADA-compliant design and accessibility standards, is valued to ensure user-friendly interfaces and reduce rework.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 8 years experience in development, working on project(s) involving the implementation of web technology solutions applying Agile/Product methodology

- Experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership

- 4 Years of Development experience with programming languages/framework such as Java/ Spring boot, Angular/ ReactJS, HTML, CSS

- Engineering tools such as GIT/Jenkins/JIRA

- Experience using Microsoft Azure or similar

- Demonstratable knowledge of DevOps best practices

- Understanding of Service oriented architecture/web service

- Architect and oversee full-stack application design, ensuring scalability, high performance, and security.

- Define and implement architecture standards and integration strategies to ensure seamless system operations.
