Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Job Title : Full Stack Technical Lead

Experience Required : 8 to 10 Years

Location : Onsite at Clients Office, Baner, Pune (Only local candidates preferred)

Work Timings : IST working hours with 23 hours overlap with PST. On occasions, candidates are expected to extend a couple of hours.

Role Overview :

- Proficiency in React.js for frontend applications

- Hands-on experience with TypeScript

- Experience with Redis and Kafka for event-driven and distributed system architectures

- Strong database knowledge with PostgreSQL

- Proficiency in containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms

- Background in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and/or VoIP solutions

Responsibilities :

- Build, optimize, and maintain event-driven and distributed systems leveraging Kafka and Redis

- Drive database design and performance optimization in PostgreSQL

- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of applications deployed in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with CRM platforms and CCaaS/VoIP solutions

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to the development team

- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Manage deployments, monitor systems, and ensure high availability in production environments
