Zuno is seeking a Tech Lead to join their Agile Development team. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven innovator who thrives on pushing boundaries to create industry-leading products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hire and mentor a team of high-calibre front-end and back-end engineers.

- Design and develop new user-facing full-stack applications.

- Build reusable components and front-end, and backend libraries for future use

- Optimise pages for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers.

- Optimise the backend for high scale.

- Contribute to architecture, database design and data modelling.

- Implement APIs and ensure security, scalability, and performance.

- Practical experience in real-time implementation (rather than just theory)

Skills Required :

- BE / B Tech with 5 - 8.5 years of experience in software development with a minimum of 2 years as a Tech Lead.

- Proficiency in NodeJS, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Python, and Microservices.

- Deep understanding of at least one of React JS / Vue JS and its core principles

- Deep understanding of NodeJS.

- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, webpack, and npm.

- Familiarity with at least one code versioning tool such as Git, SVN, etc.

- Good understanding of quality JavaScript code (Object-oriented and commonly used design patterns)

- Capable of debugging complex issues in JavaScript

- Experience in building complex single-page applications with front-end and back-end.

- Experience with production full-stack environment debugging and DevOps experience.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs

- Hands-on coding experience.

- Strong experience in the areas of API implementation, considering security, scalability and performance is needed.

- Strong experience in database design and data modelling for both RDBMS and NoSQL-based databases.

- Strong experience/knowledge in Architecture & Design, NFRs and the ability to derive technical solutions based on functional requirements is mandatory.

- Experience in Data structures, algorithms and Commands.

- Exposure to enterprise quality solution creation from scratch, considering technology fitment to the problem.

- Strong practical hands-on experience is needed rather than theory.

Good to Have :

- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web development.

- Experience with writing unit test cases with JS frameworks.

- Experience with highly scalable applications.

- AWS experience.
