Position Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Lead Frontend to lead the development of HMG-CMS (Content Management System), a large-scale digital transformation project. The role will involve designing and implementing user experience-focused frontend architecture while transitioning from an AEM-based website to a self-developed CMS.

This is a leadership role where you will drive frontend design, mentor junior developers, ensure code quality, and deliver highly performant, secure, and scalable solutions.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years in React-based frontend development

- Experience with Gatsby / Static Site Generation (SSG)

- Strong knowledge of web performance optimization & accessibility

- Expertise in HTTP protocol & RESTful API integration

- 2+ years of Tech Lead / Team Lead experience

- Experience in code reviews & technical mentoring

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Shadow DOM

- Familiarity with the automotive industry domain (vehicle models, specifications, etc.)

- Experience in CI/CD pipelines & CDN caching strategies

- Exposure to security vulnerability analysis & response

Required Competencies :

Technical :

- Data structure design for page components

- Performance optimization & troubleshooting

- Use of monitoring tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals)

- Technical insights to enhance UI/UX quality

- Strong ownership & accountability

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Distribute tasks, mentor, and guide developers

- Maintain code quality & UI/UX stability through reviews

- Establish best practices & development culture

Core Development :

- Implement CMS content rendering & SSG

- Develop client logic for backend API integration

- Improve component encapsulation using Shadow DOM

- Ensure accessibility & responsive design

- Optimize performance & loading speeds

System Operations & Management :

- Address security vulnerabilities & incident response (on-call included)

- Manage frontend logic via Lambda functions

- Establish & operate CDN caching strategies

Collaboration & Integration :

- Define & implement UI/UX requirements with design teams

- Consider integration with HMG-Commerce

- Derive frontend requirements based on CMS content structure
