You'll be a mix of architect, builder, and problem-solver, someone who enjoys moving from ideation to Git commits in the same week.

Responsibilities :

- Work directly with founders and clients to translate requirements into technical blueprints and mind maps.

- Lead rapid discovery sessions, design system architecture, and solution outlines in real time.

- Research new tools, SDKs, APIs, and frameworks to find the best-fit stack for each MVP.

- Architect and prototype scalable yet lightweight systems suited for fast delivery.

- Guide developers through implementation, code reviews, and quality checks.

- Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and smooth handoffs from MVP to production.

- Standardize reusable components and patterns for future projects.

- Balance speed with stability, knowing when to hack and when to harden.

Requirements :

- 7-10 years of software development experience, ideally in startups, product studios, or consulting environments.

- Proven record of building and shipping multiple MVPs or small-scale products end-to-end.

- Strong fundamentals in software design, APIs, and databases.

- Excellent research and problem-solving ability, you can self-learn and implement new tech fast.

- Hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable guiding small distributed teams.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into clear plans.

Technology Experience :

Backend :

- Proficiency in at least one modern backend framework: Laravel (PHP), Node.js (Express/Nest), or Django/FastAPI (Python).

- Strong grasp of REST APIs, integrations, and modular architectures.

Frontend :

- Experience with React / Next.js / Vue, or ability to integrate APIs into modern frontends.

- Understanding of responsive design and component-based architecture.

Cloud and DevOps :

- Working experience with AWS or similar (EC2 RDS, S3 IAM, SES, CloudWatch).

- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

Databases :

- Proficient with MySQL / PostgreSQL; exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firebase) is a plus.

Bonus Skills :

- Exposure to AI / ML integrations (OpenAI APIs, Whisper, LangChain, etc.).

- Knowledge of mobile development (React Native, Flutter).

- Experience designing and reviewing API documentation (Postman, Swagger).
