Role Purpose :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead DevOps Engineering to lead DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable DevOps solutions using Azure cloud, CI/CD pipelines, JFrog, and GitHub Enterprise. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to drive engineering excellence through automation, reliability, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps processes and engineering practices.

- Own and manage enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines for application build, deployment, and release automation.

- Design and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure services.

- Implement DevOps automation using tools such as GitHub Enterprise, JFrog Artifactory, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, and scripting frameworks.

- Manage and administer GitHub Enterprise, including repository management, access controls, security configurations, workflows, and governance.

- Manage JFrog Artifactory repositories, artifact lifecycle, integrations, and dependency management.

- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery.

- Implement and maintain secure DevOps practices aligned with DevSecOps principles.

- Troubleshoot complex build, deployment, infrastructure, and production issues.

- Mentor DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance on automation and cloud practices.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to platform modernization initiatives.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in DevOps Engineering and Cloud Engineering.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services (Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure VM, Azure Storage, Networking, IAM, Monitoring).

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.

- Experience with GitHub Enterprise Administration :

1. Repository and organization management.

2. Branch protection and security policies.

3. GitHub Actions workflows.

4. User/access management.

5. Enterprise governance and compliance.

- Strong experience with JFrog Artifactory :

1. Repository configuration.

2. Artifact management.

3. Integration with CI/CD pipelines.

4. Build and release automation.

- Experience with automation/scripting languages such as :

1. PowerShell.

2. Shell scripting.

3. Python (preferred).

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools : GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Azure DevOps Pipelines.
