Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (Data Platform) to design, implement, and lead enterprise data management solutions on Microsoft and Azure data platforms. The role requires strong hands-on expertise along with technical leadership and architectural ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and lead enterprise data solutions on Microsoft & Azure platforms.

- Architect and optimize data pipelines, integrations, and analytical models.

- Drive best practices in SQL development, query optimization, and code quality.

- Work hands-on with SSIS, SSAS (Tabular), DAX, and Azure Data Factory

Critical Skill Set (Must-Have) :

- Strong expertise in SQL Server, SQL, and T-SQL.

- Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSAS (Tabular Models).

- Proficiency in Python.

- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Power Automate.

- Strong knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning.

- Experience in designing enterprise-scale data architectures on Azure.

Good to Have :

- Power Apps (Low-Code / No-Code).

- Exposure to Snowflake, Airflow.

- Experience with Kubernetes / container platforms.

- Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools.
