Job Description :

Lead the technical design and architecture of CP4i solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Oversee the implementation of CP4i components, including API Connect, App Connect, MQ, and Event Streams, providing hands-on guidance to the team.

Drive the adoption of DevOps practices within the CP4i environment, automating deployments and streamlining the software delivery pipeline.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CP4i development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Lead a squad of developers to deliver integration features end-to-end.

- Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, code reviews, and quality gates.

- Ensure DevSecOps practices, test automation, and production readiness (NFRs).

- Collaborate with architects to align delivery with target architecture and standards.

Experience: 710 years overall; 35+ years with CP4i/ACE/MQ/API Connect.
