Technical Lead - Computer Vision

Description :

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead in computer vision to drive our CV initiatives end-to-end. This role blends technical leadership with strong individual contribution, owning architecture, development, deployments, and customer-facing technical discussions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of computer vision engineers.

- Design, develop, and optimize CV algorithms and pipelines.

- Own end-to-end delivery of CV solutions from development to production.

- Work directly with customers to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

- Deploy and optimize solutions on NVIDIA GPUs (A4500 L4 or similar) and NVIDIA Jetson devices (Orin, Xavier, or similar).

- Edge devices like Raspberry Pi.

- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.

- Balance coding, architecture decisions, and team leadership.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in computer vision.

- 2+ years in a senior or lead engineering role.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorRT, and CUDA.

- Experience in video analytics (object detection, tracking, segmentation, and recognition).

- Proven experience deploying CV pipelines in production environments.

- Strong experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms.

- Familiarity with GPU deployment workflows (CUDA, TensorRT; DeepStream is a plus).

- Experience mentoring or managing a team of 3+ engineers.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience optimizing GStreamer/DeepStream pipelines.

- Model optimization, compression, and quantization.

- Background in ANPR, video analytics, or industrial vision systems.

- Exposure to Vision Language Models or GenAI frameworks (vLLM, SGLang).
