Job Description :

About the Role :

We are looking for a Team Lead to oversee a squad of engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and team development.

What You Will Do :

Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead a team of 5 to 8 engineers across backend, frontend, or mobile.

- Own delivery outcomes for the squad.

- Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices.

Mentorship & Growth :

- Coach and mentor engineers in technical and career growth.

- Conduct code reviews and technical sessions.

- Foster a culture of learning and improvement.

Collaboration :

- Partner with PMs and designers to align priorities and timelines.

- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with product needs.

What You Will Need :

- 6 to 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 in a lead role.

- Strong technical background (backend, mobile, or web).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in fintech, mobility, or consumer platforms.

- Exposure to distributed teams.

Experience Range : 6 - 8 years

Educational Qualifications : Any graduation ,and Any PG
