Technical Lead - Backend Development

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Backend Tech Lead to design, develop, and lead scalable enterprise-grade backend systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java-based microservices architecture, database technologies, and modern backend engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead backend architecture and technical design discussions.

- Design and develop scalable microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot.

- Drive best practices in coding, security, performance, and maintainability.

- Mentor and guide development teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of applications.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release activities.
