Your Role :

As a Tech Lead Backend Developer, you will play a key role in leading backend architecture design, managing a team of developers, and delivering scalable, high-performance backend systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical direction, establish best practices, and ensure timely, secure, and efficient backend development.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex backend systems and APIs.

- Mentor and manage a small team of backend developers, conducting regular code reviews and technical evaluations.

- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps to align technical implementation with business goals.

- Define and enforce backend coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of backend services.

- Handle database design, data modeling, and performance tuning.

- Take ownership of deployment, monitoring, and system reliability in production environments.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
