We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in the airline/aviation domain to lead a dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering complex solutions, along with strong leadership in guiding teams of 610 engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a development team of 6 to 10 members to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architecture for airline domain projects.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and architects to understand requirements and provide effective technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design patterns, performance, and security.

- Oversee the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Review code, perform troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues.

- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases and deployments.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and scalability.

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

- Strong knowledge and working experience in the airline domain (e.g., reservations, ticketing, flight operations, cargo, loyalty systems, PSS/GDS).

- Proficiency in Nodejs / .NET / Python and related frameworks.

- Experience with microservices, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

- Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams of 610 members.

- Prior experience working with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Navitaire, etc.).

- Knowledge of data warehousing, BI tools, and reporting in airline operations.

- Familiarity with security, compliance, and data governance in the aviation domain.
