Aptino is building an innovative AI-driven product and we are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who can shape our engineering function from day one.

What Youll Do :

- Architect and own the full technical roadmap.

- Develop core backend/frontend modules with high-quality coding standards.

- Integrate AI models, vector databases, and intelligent agent workflows.

- Build scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines & DevOps processes.

- Lead end-to-end deliveryfrom requirements to production launch.

- Hire, guide, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

- Ensure product performance, security, and reliability.

What Were Looking For :

- 7- 10 years software engineering experience with 2- 3 years as a tech leader.

- Strong backend development in Node.js / Python / Java.

- Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/Chroma).

- Hands-on with model integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.)

- Solid cloud knowledge (AWS or Azure) + Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
