We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead to join our team and drive the successful design and development of high-quality software solutions.

As a Technical Lead, you will provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership to a team of developers while working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of scalable and secure applications.

You will take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, lead architectural discussions, and mentor engineers while maintaining a strong focus on quality, performance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in architectural decisions, system design, and technical planning.

- Review and guide code quality through peer reviews and design sessions.

- Remain hands-on with development tasks (~3050% of your time).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Drive the implementation of secure, performant, and maintainable code.

- Define technical project scope and effort estimates.

- Coordinate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and designers to ensure successful sprint deliveries.

- Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of features and fixes.

- Oversee CI/CD processes, version control, and deployment pipelines.

- Ensure testing coverage and advocate for automation (unit, integration, end-to-end).

- Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance and availability of applications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, Python, etc.

- Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js) if applicable.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.

- Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
