Role : Oracle Cloud Technical and Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for a versatile Oracle Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Oracle Cloud applications (SaaS/PaaS).

This role involves working on end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering and configuration to development and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Consulting :

- Lead discovery sessions to capture and document business requirements for Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM).

- Configure Oracle Cloud applications to align with client business processes and best practices.

- Create functional design specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations.

- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud functionality, security, and data migration strategies.

- Develop and deliver user training and documentation.

Technical Consulting :

- Design and develop technical solutions using Oracle Cloud tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and BI Publisher.

- Create and maintain integrations with third-party applications using SOAP/REST APIs.

- Perform data conversions using File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and Application Development Framework Desktop Integrator (ADFdi).

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with Oracle Support and functional teams.

- Develop and customize reports and analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.

- 4 to 8 years of experience as an Oracle Technical, Functional, or Techno-Functional Consultant.

- Proven experience with at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other PaaS services.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills
