Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics.
- Perform data conversions using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader.
- Develop and manage integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based methods.
- Create and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Eligibility, and Compensation logic.
- Manage and support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), custom roles, and security profiles.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data anomalies.
- Proven experience with multiple HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Talent, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
