- As a Zoho Technical Architect you must have a strong knowledge of Zoho products and services, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics, etc.

- Design and implement solutions using Zoho products and services to meet the business needs and challenges of our clients

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Zoho presales, business analysis, or solution design

- Solid understanding of Zoho products and services such as Zoho CRM Platform (Zoho CRM Zoho Desk Zoho Campaigns Zoho Analytics), etc.

- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the clients and internal teams on Zoho products and services

- Analyze the customer's business requirements and challenges, and propose solutions using Zoho products and services

- Experience in creating proposals demos presentations workshops webinars etc. using tools such as MS Office PowerPoint Word Excel Visio etc.

- Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and invoices for the solutions

- Conduct demos, presentations, workshops, and webinars to showcase the solutions to the customers

- Work closely with our sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure the feasibility, quality, and profitability of the solutions

- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the customers and internal teams on Zoho products and services

- Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the solutions

- Manage changes and enhancements requests from the customers

- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Zoho domains

- Experience in working with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
