About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in software architecture, cloud technologies, system integration, and modern development practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, mentor developers, and ensure the successful delivery of complex technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

- Define technical architecture, solution design, and development standards.

- Lead end-to-end solution implementation, from requirement analysis to deployment.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Drive cloud adoption and modern architecture practices, including microservices and APIs.

- Review code, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in software development, with significant experience in solution or technical architecture.

- Strong expertise in Java, .NET, or other enterprise technology stacks.

- Experience with Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and Distributed Systems.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong understanding of System Design, Design Patterns, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.

- Familiarity with messaging technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in designing cloud-native and containerized applications.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

- Relevant cloud or architecture certifications are an added advantage.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale, customer-facing applications.
