Technical Architect - .Net/React.js

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Architect with 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as the technical leader, providing architecture guidance, driving technology strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks aligned with business goals and industry best practices.

- Translate business and technical requirements into well-architected solutions and technical blueprints.

- Lead the design, development, integration, and deployment phases of project lifecycles.

- Ensure architecture standards, security, scalability, and performance are met across all

technical layers.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams, including mentoring and code reviews.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.

- Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive resolution of architecture-related issues.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive innovation within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in backend technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).

- Experience in cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP (certification is a plus).

- Proficient in API design, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong knowledge of database systems relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to lead architecture discussions and make technical decisions confidently.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven architecture.

- Knowledge of data architecture, ETL pipelines, and real-time processing (Kafka, Spark).

- Exposure to agile/scrum methodologies and enterprise architectural frameworks (TOGAF,

Zachman).

- Prior experience in leading teams or acting as a principal/lead engineer.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
