Job Description:

- Lead solution design for Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service Module).

- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.

- Define system integration strategies with external systems, telephony, data warehouses, Azure services, and third-party applications.

- Oversee data migration, application lifecycle management, and release processes.

- Establish governance, best practices, coding standards, and DevOps practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and business analysts.

- Mentor technical team members and ensure solution aligns with Enterprise Architecture principles.
