Technical Architect - Mobile App Development

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise in mobile app development, specifically using React Native, to lead the architectural design and technical strategy of scalable, secure, and robust mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full-stack application architecture, cloud integration, API management, and a proven ability to collaborate across distributed teams to deliver high-performance mobile solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping product architecture, mentoring developers, and aligning design decisions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure architecture practices across frontend and backend systems.

- Collaborate with onshore architects and cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with business goals.

- Evaluate and recommend architectural patterns, design frameworks, and mobile app development best practices.

- Ensure seamless integration with external APIs, cloud services, and backend platforms.

Technical Leadership :

- Identify technical risks early and provide mitigation strategies.

- Oversee code reviews, architecture reviews, and documentation for all stages of the development lifecycle.

- Stay current with emerging trends in mobile app development, frameworks, and best practices.

Cloud & API Integration

- Architect scalable solutions using modern API gateway and microservices patterns.

- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud-based mobile ecosystems.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Develop high-quality documentation for technical architecture, workflows, and deployment processes.

- Communicate technical decisions clearly to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 15 years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years as a technical or solution architect.

- Proficient in React Native with proven mobile app development experience.

- Strong understanding of full-stack architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, databases, etc.

- Experience designing applications for performance, scalability, and security.

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native application design.

- Expertise in integrating third-party APIs, SDKs, and services.

- Strong knowledge of architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly present complex concepts.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps environments is a plus
