Position : Technical Architect - MERN Stack

Experience : 10 to 15 yrs

Work Location : Hybrid ( Visit 2 days a week to office in Bangalore)

Education : Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science or a similar

(Must be from Product Companies & experience building Cloud SAAS Platforms)

As an Architect, your will be to understand the business problems and provide technical direction, design & architecture for the product while ensuring that it can scale for new business use cases. The solutions should be scalable and performant.

What We Are Looking For :

- Atleast 10+ years of building Products in MERN Tech Stack

- Must be Startup mindset with Experience building multitenant SAAS product

- Ability to solve complex problems and identify solutions

- Strong experience in building a highly configurable self-serve solution

- Strong experience in building data-driven systems, data pipelines, ETL systems.

- Experience building a large-scale ETL, Data lake & data warehouses using, Databrics, spark, Hadoop, Talend, Airbyte, and/or any other data platform

- Strong experience building web applications with rich UI and Ux

What You'll Do :

- Identify the best end-to-end architecture for our company

- Provide the base frameworks and guidance for the team

- Make decisions and choices about the technology being used or adapted across the company. Choices made should be scalable, performant, and modern.

- Ensure the solution provided works across the different stack

- Building an architecture for a system that is a multitenant and configurable system, that can analyse heterogeneous data from consumers

- Build robust data pipeline architecture that can connect to customer data warehouses' secure

- Ensure the entire system is secure and there is no scope for any breach from application and infra

- Provide leadership in the implementation of smart practices, protocols, and technologies

- Provide leadership around team coding standards and code quality via code reviews, mentoring, and pairing

- Identify the areas that are hampering the team's velocity in shipping faster and ensure we address them with better tools and frameworks

- Pair programming with the devs to solve the developer hurdles

- Write clean, testable, scalable, and well-documented code when necessary, and also make sure the team is following the same standard while delivering solutions

- Work closely with internal data teams and business intelligence partners to design our infrastructure.

- Participate in product requirement review and task sizing/estimation

- Keep pace with the ever-changing world of JavaScript and make recommendations to keep our code base up to date with evolving best practices
