What Youll Do :

- Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for high-scale, secure digital payment systems

- Mentor and guide engineering teams to deliver world-class, robust, and scalable solutions

- Drive best practices in design, coding, automation, CI/CD, and performance engineering

- Partner with Product, Solutions, and Delivery teams to shape strategies and delivery plans

- Lead complex integrations, modernize architectures, and deploy containerized, cloud-native applications (AWS)

- Continuously innovate workflows, improve code quality, and enhance developer productivity

What Were Looking For :

- 14+ years in software development with 6+ years leading enterprise architecture (preferably in digital payments or BFSI tech)

- Proven expertise in Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, REST, ORM, containerization (Docker)

- Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, AWS deployments

- Experience with relational databases (SQL, stored procedures, replication) and exposure to alternate data stores

- Strong understanding of OOAD, UML, design patterns, and enterprise architecture principles

- Ability to inspire teams, solve complex technical challenges, and work hands-on when needed

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points :

- Experience with UI/UX principles, wireframes, and design guidelines for web & mobile

- Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, and test automation frameworks
