Role Overview :

As a Technical Architect to Lead GCC (Full/Part time, Freelancer), you will be responsible for defining and driving the technical vision and architecture for our Global Capability Center (GCC) initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of architects and developers. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our GCC, enabling us to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and maintain the overall technical architecture for GCC projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions, providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.

- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact project timelines or deliverables.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the GCC, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

- Oversee system integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between different systems and applications.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the technical architecture, design patterns, and implementation details.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex system architectures, incorporating scalability, security, and performance considerations.

- Proven expertise in solution architecture, with a strong understanding of design patterns, integration techniques, and cloud-based technologies.

- Proficient in .Net and Python development, with experience in building and deploying enterprise-grade applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to working in a full-time, part-time, or freelance capacity, based in Bangalore or Chennai.
