We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with deep experience in designing and scaling large-scale systems within E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, and Supply Chain domains.

The ideal candidate should have firsthand experience working in high-volume, high-growth companies like Meesho, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, etc.

This role involves designing robust, scalable, and secure architecture across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale, distributed systems.

- Architect microservices using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask) and React frontends.

- Design systems capable of handling high throughput, low-latency operations typical of e-commerce and quick commerce.

- Build systems that can scale exponentially during peak demand.

- Optimize APIs, database schemas, caching layers, queues, and distributed workflows.

- Implement resiliency patterns (circuit breakers, bulkheads, failover strategies).

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

- Review code, enforce engineering standards, and guide teams on best practices.

- Mentor and coach engineering teams on architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.

- Define long-term technical vision and roadmap.

- Drive adoption of modern technologiescontainers, event-driven systems, CI/CD, observability tools.

- Build secure-by-design systems and ensure compliance with best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-10 years of experience in backend and full-stack engineering.

- Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask).

- Strong proficiency in React.js, component architecture, and frontend performance optimization.

- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).

- Strong understanding of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-code.

- Knowledge of distributed systems, caching strategies, load balancing, and system reliability.
