Technical Architect (Node.js, Python, Docker) - Bangalore

About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Architect with strong expertise in backend technologies to design and build scalable, high-performance systems. This role requires someone who can lead architecture decisions while actively contributing to coding and development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, distributed backend systems

- Lead architecture discussions and define best practices

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code (hands-on involvement is mandatory)

- Build and manage microservices-based architecture

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery

- Ensure system performance, security, and reliability

- Drive technical innovation and mentor engineering teams

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8- 10 years of experience in software development

- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and Python

- Solid expertise in Docker and containerization

- Experience with microservices architecture and system design

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development

- Exposure to cloud platforms (preferred but not mandatory)

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Additional Requirements :

- Must be comfortable with hands-on coding (not just design)

- Open to working in a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role

- Preference for Immediate Joiners or candidates with - 30 days notice period
