About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled UI Technical Analyst (React) to join our front-end engineering team. This role is ideal for a passionate front-end expert with hands-on experience in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to the design and development of scalable UI components using React.js and TypeScript.

- Develop and deploy Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) with mobile-first, responsive design principles.

- Implement modular UI architecture, maintaining a clean and reusable codebase.

- Work closely with product, UX, and backend teams to build intuitive, performant user interfaces.

- Utilize modern frontend tooling (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Babel) for optimal build and deployment.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and pixel-perfect designs.

- Manage application state with tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services seamlessly into the UI.

- Contribute to and maintain a scalable component library.

- Advocate best practices in UI/UX, testing, and maintainability.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in front-end/UI development.

- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

- Proven experience with PWA development, Service Workers, and Web App Manifests.

- Proficiency with frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack, Babel).

- Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.

- Experience integrating REST APIs and working with version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of modularity, component-based design, and scalable UI systems.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with React Native.

- Familiarity with caching strategies and performance optimization techniques.

- Prior experience working on cross-browser and mobile-first applications.
