Job Title : Technical Analyst - Java (Senior Level)

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Analyst (Java) to join our growing engineering team. This is a hands-on development role requiring deep expertise in backend systems, microservices architecture, and full-stack development. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable solutions for enterprise-grade applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end software lifecycle - from architecture to deployment.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Work with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven architectures.
- Contribute to frontend components using React.js and responsive UI principles.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability across services.
- Integrate cloud services (AWS/Azure), messaging systems, and container orchestration platforms.
- Advocate and apply clean code practices, code reviews, and CI/CD automation.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams, delivering frequent, high-quality releases.
Must-Have Skills :
- 10+ years of experience in core Java development (Java 11+ preferred).
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservice design.
- Deep understanding of ORMs such as JPA and Hibernate with relational DBs (MS SQL, PostgreSQL).
- Frontend experience with React.js or Angular.
- Proficient with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, AWS DevOps).
- Hands-on with cloud platforms - AWS preferred; Azure/GCP experience a plus.
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, EKS/AKS).
- Familiarity with event-driven tools like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
- Strong grasp of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture.
- Agile development mindset with solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have :
- Experience in the hospitality domain or customer-facing applications.
- Exposure to Tailwind CSS, HTML5/CSS3, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of Git and branching strategies.
- Skilled in performance tuning, query optimization, and clean architecture.
