Designation : Technical Account Manager AWS.

Location : Noida.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with customers to help them adopt AWS services in a cost-efficient manner.

- Drive customer adoption and usage of AWS services including EC2, S3, Glacier, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, and more.

- Provide strategic technical guidance and help plan/build solutions using AWS best practices.

- Act as a consultant to understand business and technical challenges and suggest innovative cloud solutions.

- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to optimize infrastructure for cost, security, performance, and high availability.

- Conduct technical walkthroughs, presentations, and periodic reviews with clients.

- Work with internal teams to solve complex cloud-related business challenges.

- Help plan architectural enhancements and support critical business engagements.

- Participate in stakeholder discussions to improve architectural resilience.

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure / Troubleshooting / Systems Administration / DevOps / Application Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFront, S3, CloudFormation, CodeDeploy, Glacier, CloudTrail, etc.

- Knowledge of AWS architecture concepts including Regions, Availability Zones, Edge Locations, Auto Scaling, Spot Instances.

- Exposure to DevOps tools like Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, DataDog, Nagios, New Relic, etc.

- Experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure optimization, cost optimization, and high-availability environments.

- Strong enterprise client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience.

- Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Azure / GCP.

- Understanding of AWS Organizations and Consolidated Billing.
