About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 4 years of Backend Development experience with Java.

2. Strong knowledge of Java, Springboot, Kafka, and Microservices.

3. Hands-on experience with databases.

4. Experience working in product-based companies (preferred).

5. Good understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.

6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java product

2. Work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

3. Write clean, testable, and scalable code following best practices.

4. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

5. Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services as needed.

6. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
