Tech Prescient - Technical Lead - Python/React.js

Tech Prescient is looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), React, and AWS/Azure cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate should be capable of leading from the front-working closely with customers, driving technical decisions, mentoring development teams, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of software applications.

- Provide architectural direction and ensure scalability, performance, and security of solutions.

- Conduct technical reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and drive best practices.

- Develop and optimize backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.

- Build serverless and event-driven components where applicable.

- Lead and guide development of user interfaces using React.js.

- Ensure clean, maintainable, and reusable UI components with modern frontend practices.

Cloud Architecture & Deployment :

- Architect cloud-native solutions and manage deployments on AWS or Azure.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment workflows, and ensure application observability and reliability.

- Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Mentor and guide development teams, manage sprint execution, and ensure timely delivery.

- Participate in backlog planning, estimation, and project tracking.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in leading engineering teams or playing a senior technical contributor role.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
